Return Eligibility

Products may be returned within 30 days of purchase if they are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Perishable goods, intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases are not eligible for return. Gift cards, downloadable software products, and some health and personal care items are also non-returnable.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please email a receipt or proof of purchase to operations@acerts.com. You will then be provided with instructions for returning the product. Please note that you are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund request. Approved refunds will be processed within a certain number of business days and credited to the original method of payment.

Late or Missing Refunds

Sale Items

Only regular priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be returned.

Exchanges

We will only replace defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email [email address removed].

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift, the recipient will receive a gift credit for the value of the returned item. If the item was not marked as a gift, the gift giver will receive a refund.

Shipping

You are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. Original shipping costs will not be refunded.
